Another Issue Date???

Can anyone inform me of the year manufactured for a King Cobra s/n KA1937??? I have this URL (http://proofhouse.com/colt/left.htm) as my only reference... It is a big help but dies after 1978...

Sorry, the published Colt numbers end with 1985.

To get a production date on your King Cobra, you'll have to call Colt. They give date info over the phone.

Thanks... However, I am either missing something in the link I referenced (last dste ending at 1978) or you are accessing a reference I am not prevy to...
