Just got my Colt "357" back from the Colt service shop. It was striking primers off center causing misfires. While they did charge for the repair, it was very reasonable and the repair was first rate. Kudos to Colt
After mounting issues with my Magnum Carry (accuracy & fit/finish problems), I sent the little guy back to the mother ship. Included was a letter describing the problems I was having and request that they inspect the revolver.
I called Colt today and was told that they were addressing all the issues I had mentioned and that I would have the MC back in hand in 30 working days at a total cost of $0.00.
So another thumbs up for the service at Colt. I will report back on the finished product once I get it back.
Thanks to those who passed on their experience with Colt repair, it was very helpful.
