I bought a LNIB Gold Cup yesterday that came with an impressive test target. Is says the date it was done (2/99), the distance (15yds), and how performed (arm rest). It doesn't say what ammo was used. Anyone know?

I understand that Colt used to use Winchester and Remington ammo but I not sure. Perhaps if any of our members are Colt employees we could find out.

Hello. This is my first post. I was told that Colt used Remington 185gr. Match. Though at 15 yds., almost any ammo would be accurate enough. At 50 yards, ammo is certainly a factor. My 2 cents.
