I tried to do this in a conversation but it said I could not contact you that way.....guess you have an unlisted forum number. So anyway.....

While researching my dad’s old Stein holsters from his days in the NYPD I came across your post below on holster making. I don’t use this holster ( I have another Stein IWB he used) but it’s really nice and a piece of leather history so I would love it to go to a good home where it will be appreciated. And for all you do on the forum I can’t think of a better home. So I’d like to give it to you if you want it. No charge. Just shoot me your address and Ill mail it off. And thanks again for all your Colt wisdom.

“Number One is a highly modified horizontal shoulder holster.
It's stitched with some old natural waxed cord. MUCH easier to work with.
Years ago the old Stein Holster Company of Brooklyn made an interesting shoulder holster they called the "Snatch Holster".”

Okie dokie...Bill38, your Cobra has a new home...I got your address...will send it out tomorrow. The strap is a bit heavily broken in but very serviceable. Enjoy.
