It might have came with rubber stocks originally but it is actually a better buy with the wood stocks. The wood stocks sell for around $125.00 and the rubber stocks sell for around $50.00. What a person could do if they bought that Python is sell the wood stocks and take the money to buy rubber stocks.
Riverdodger is a class act but not a cheap date. That gun is correct. I have a 2.5" NIB Bright Stainless Python in the picture box and it has the black grips that you refer to. I like both types equally so I may just have to buy another one with the wood grips
