Boa\'s Display Box

Gunkwazy's previous post on gun boxes got me thinking... Most know that there were only one hundread of the consecutive serial number Boa sets made...

However, they came in a display case... Was this case made by Lew Horton??? Was/did it come from Colt??? Has anyone got a picture of it???
