This is a 1924 Colt 1908 bore, seller thinks it’s never been fired, any thoughts?

The bore certainly doesn't appear unfired. Unless the rest of the pistol is 100% it just doesn't matter whether the pistol has been fired or not.

Can you clarify what you mean by it doesn’t matter whether it’s been fired or not with respect to it being 100%?

All guns have been fired, even if it was just test fired at the factory. Given the age and the lead buildup or pitting in the bore there is a .000001% chance that the gun pictured has not been fired...a lot.

Not sure what part is confusing, but if the outside shows wear, neglect, rust, etc., it doesn't matter whether it has been fired or not.
