I won the Colt Officers Model .22 Target Revolver, while the gun is in a bit of rough shape having spots of rust (what the auction called freckling) I think with 0000 steel wool and WD-40 I can clean it up and then oil it.
This is 1 of only 5 guns in .22 caliber made for the Boston Police Dept per the Colt factory letter. The gun had packymere grips on it and the letter said unknown for what grips were delivered on it. I added vintage Colt Officers Target Grips.

Those stocks, IMOP, are not vintage but reproductions.
You may be correct, I got them off ebay but they were better than the new rubber Pachmayr grips that were on it to my mind. I will be looking for a set of vintage grips.

The Pachmayr's have to Colt logo on them but they don't date back to 1937
