So I came upon a couple of boxes of SAA Black Eagle Grips and 1911 Pattern. These are original Colt grips although all the SAA are missing the escutchens and I believe 3rd gen. These worth anything?

I would say that they are worth something, but offhand I don't know how much. A little research on eBay and GunBroker would probably give you some ideas. Are they new or used grips? Are the SAA grips drilled for the grip locator pins? If not, they haven't been fitted to a gun before and might be worth a little more that way.
