I have a third gen 45 Colt 5.5” and I’m looking for a set of replica snake grips like the movie for my Colt.

Any good recommendations, thanks.

I bought my snake from Spaghetti Westerns.com back in the mid-late 90's. I don't know if they are still in business, but I think they're the ones the guy in Wyatt's link talks about as his 'Standard' snake. I really like mine and put it on my Cimarron. Note: I only bought one and put it on the right side. I didn't want one on each side.

You can get some metal grip snakes off of amazon and ebay but they are not silver- some type of aluminum or something. Mr Perkins my have some real silver ones, don't know if he would sell just the snakes without fitting them to grips or not.

Joe Perkins made snake grips.

Spaghetti westerns is out of biz I believe.

They was a holster maker in England who was selling silver rattlesnake for grips, I had a had a link to his site will see if I can find it.

Thanks for the mention Hombre. We're still here and we post to the USA. The snakes are solid silver so fairly malleable unlike the cheaper pot metal ones. We also have solid brass. Here are our fitting instructions

I have had Joe do several for me and they are all fantastic. The silver snake grips are my favorites. Still deciding if I want to put them on my Colt though. Here is a close up detail
