Got this today from a great seller. We went back and forth regarding some trading and it finally came together today. Colt 1908 .380 with numbered box, hang tag, manual, all docs. Gunis about 90%. I have been collecting these on and off for 10 years and never saw the card that is pictured. It seems to be a saftey inspection card from the police department in Flint, Michigan that has the buyer's info. Thanks John...
