There have been posts lately about people asking what something is worth. Hoping not to offend anyone, I am curious if we can put a guesstimate on this 1931 Colt Bankers Special in .38 caliber with serial number 349497? The finish is all but gone!

It's not so bad. Just looks "lived in." Bet it looks better in person than it does in these photos.

For the right price ($600 +/-) I've have that in my collection until a better one comes along. This one looks like an earlier square butt version which is less often found. These don't come along very often at affordable prices. Should be able to re-sell for the same $ and you would have learned more about Colt Bankers Specials along the way. Just my opinion, Jackson.
