What pistol did you buy?

There are several of us (not sure how many) on the forum who have M1903 Pocket Hammers. I'm sure there are a few M1900's and M1902's around, too!

I take care of quite a few and love to shoot them. For research get Doug Sheldon’s great book Colt’s 38 automatic collectors guide. Long slides include the Model 1900, 1902 Sporting, 1902 Military. Then there’s the most popular Model 1903 pocket hammer. 8B07E9C2-EC3D-47B1-9845-D5B465841020.jpg

I only have one, the 1903 pocket hammer. A lovely sweet shooting example of John Browning’s early work. About the size of a Star 9mm BM model. Of course you can just use 38 super brass. Data available for the downloaded 38 ACP. Keep an eye on your factory magazine, they tend to slowly crack or come apart at the upper seam.

Great pistols I have a few. Good, accurate shooters with cast bullets.
