Based on your condition description, this guy is way over priced, maybe NOT if you were in California. The grey/blue Army Special would be laughed out of a show at that price, around here(N. New England) for example. These Colts you listed are not that scarce, and this guy looks like he is asking 95% or better prices. Just my opinion;he may be looking,as ya said, for a package deal, going that higball on individual guns. Bud

The Colt semi autos are no bargain. I've got three 1903's on gunbroker now including a beautiful model made in 1916 for a heck of a lot less.

With some of those prices, it's kind of easy to figure out what the BIG A means in BIGApawn.

But seriously Robin, that was very considerate of you give us all the tip on these guns. Thanks for your effort.

WOW! Did I trip over a Colt collection or what?!?!?!

Local Pawn Shop has 10 colt's & 2 S&W's for sale, see list below.
Manager Butch Tinker says he'll do a GOOD Deal. I think he's good for up to 25% off list price.

Now the conditions are my subjective opinion and may or may not be accurate. I tend to err on the how much can I talk him down rather than what I'd be selling it for. So they may be better than my description of condition!

Hey, don't shoot the messenger!
The guy bought two collections. I told him he was high and he offered a 25% off.
I told him he was STILL HIGH. He said he'd do a package deal. He did not elaborate on that one.
Generally I get good prices out of this guy after I wear him down. He knows he got 'em cheap and eventually will come down.
But if I wave cash in his face he understands that MONEY TALKS and BS WALKS, especially at Pawn Shops.

Its Cool, as the Kids say.
I really just got into these older guns and don't know their values too well. Seems to me they are all WAY over priced. BUT, the price is what the market will bear and not a reflection of what I think.
If I can talk him down I'll post the BETTER prices.
