Custom Shop Guns interest me alot. anyone know or have an educated guess as to how many F/O might have been done in the Custom Shop per year?
bought one 36 F/O numbers from another Python 6" blue made 27,000 serial numbers apart. Got my attention.
so: F/O 11102 s/n V67xxx
F/O 11138 s/n V94xxx talked about on forum about 2 years ago.
I know that production is not rocket science and things happen, guns get put aside, etc. but, might be helpful to check out.
Anyone interested in starting a survey of F/O number as correlates to S/N ?
