I recently purchased a Colt Custom Shop SAA 38 special. The outer sleeve had the incorrect serial number - just six numbers away from mine. The seller arranged for Colt's to send me a new sleeve and label. Here is the message I sent to Colt Customer Solutions.

Hi Michal,

The replacement box sleeve and label arrived today, along with a very nice letter. Thank you for your assistance, along with the folks who printed up the new label. I really appreciate that you were able to do this for me! The fact that you did not request a fee further illustrates Colt's level of professionalism and dedication to customer service.
