Took my Baby out for Her summer shoot, Just how loose should the firing pin ride up and down in the hammer ,probably just me but it really seemed to move more than I remembered ,anyway Still accurate as ever and Just as Good a shooter as My new Beretta PX 4 9mm sub-compact ..Colt got it right a long time before These plastic guns were every thought of. Beretta is awesome though...here's what my Colt was doing today...at 12-15 yards Disc brake Auto part Font Vehicle brake Animation

Look at the slot in the frame where the firing pin goes through and see if you see any new peening.It is normal for them to move up and down if no misfires or weak hammer strikes,firing pin itself has any flattening, any side to side movement, that would be cause for concern.Otherwise I think it's OK.
