Colt Diamondback .22 Magnum Mistake? (Pictures)

One of these pops up every couple of years. To my knowledge none have lettered as a true .22 Magnum.
Supposedly there were a few Diamondbacks that had barrels miss-stamped .22 Magnum at the factory. Colt then reportedly sent out letters requesting they be returned to be re-barreled.
