Hey, what type of bar is the Colt pony holding between it's legs?
Also what is the other bar supposed to be under the hooves?
There are two bars on the picture/gun emblem and i'm curious about there origin.
Thanks

It's the two pieces of a broken lance, with the spear point half being held in the rampant colt's mouth, and the other half across its front legs. The image was based on the Colt family coat of arms, and dates back to 16th century England. Sam Colt modified it to create the "Rampant Colt" we all recognize, today.
