The historic Mark Twain house in Hartford, CT will host a book signing by the Gene Autry Museums' firearms curator Jeffery Richardson for his new book "Colt: the Revolver of the American West". Colt historian and all around wonderful lady Bev Haynes will be on hand to sign also, she collaborated with Jeff on the book. If you have not met this nice woman this is a good opportunity. I am planning on going, anyone local or planning on being local for the evening let me know and i will be happy to arrange meeting up for cocktails, dinner, etc.

December in Connecticut is usually not a destination, unless you are Christmas shopping at Colt....of course, that would be for next year's gift giving!
