I'd like to get 2-3 Colt factory letters before I go to Tulsa in 4 weeks. Without paying expedite, will I have them in time?

According to Colt, factory letters are currently requiring 90-120 days from date of request.

The longer I sit on this the longer it will take to get the letters back. Okay....I'm going to get this done.

I talked to historian on the phone, gave her the info. on the phone, paid by my credit card, paid extra for a fast response and got the letters(2) within 2 weeks. That was about 3 months ago.
