Colt move to Ohio?

Not seen or heard of this one yet. It's a very tantalizing thought, tho. For sure, OH Gov Kasich would favor this mightily, given that he has been very proactive in attracting new industry to Ohio. His pro-business, pro-gun stance, as well as that of both houses of the Legislature, would accommodate Colt easily. However, there are some ongoing & unresolved concerns here about the JobsOhio agency that may give pause to a major industry relocating to OH. Also, OH is not a Right-to-Work state, so there would be some labor issues to be factored into Colt's final decision. On a final note, I imagine the outrage of the anti-gunners here if Colt took the deal. JMHO. ;)

A move to Texas would be better. Ohio ,like , Pa talks pro gun ,but then elects Obama twice. By the way how are you coal people in Ohio doing? Oh that's right ,the big O is putting you out of business after the election. No go to Ohio Colt.

That link locks up my computer, so not knowing where in Ohio they are talking about I still say bring em on over..the company..the union...the tooling..all of it! Come on over! As a proud union tool and die maker if it is nearby I may even apply to work there! We have the skilled workforce right here. Hmmm.....I wonder if there is an employee discount:p????

In today's world, most companies would move most management employees and select skilled positions. The rest would be offered a job at the new facility with perhaps some assistance with moving expenses. It's a hard nosed unfeeling world we live in.
