Is it time for some Officer's Model photos? Please post yours. This one is Bright Stainless. I picked it up as a companion piece to my Bright Stainless Gold Cup National Match.

These aren't new, but I'm happy to post them again.

An OM from 1904 (really early, apparently)...

..and a later one on the Army Special frame (1920)

I really like the family group. Somebody ought to write a book -- Five Little OMs and How They Grew.

You mean there are semiauto OMs as well? Holy cow!

Face it, you let the revolver guys in and there is going to be a certain amount of thread drift. (Or thread piracy, even.) :D

As long as we have gotten into real Officier`s Models, here is an Officier`s Model Special to go along with the Officier`s ACP.

OK guys, I can play along too! HA!

Here's my latest "Colt Officer's Model". A target-sight .22 LR with three digit serial number. Colt dated it for me at 1930. It is one of the first 2nd generation OM's made. A nice Gunbroker transaction; in great shape for 81 years old! (Right click on photo and select 'view image' to see larger format photo.)
