i have come accross a COLT, OFFICERS MODEL, .22 LONG RIFLE (this is an the left side of barrel).... on the top of the 6 inch barrel the last pat. date is OCT. 5, 1926. the ser.# is 19XXX. the blueing is 99.9%. the rampant colt is on the left side, by the grip. both the front and rear sights are adjustable target.
WOULD ANYONE KNOW THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE AND THE APPROX. VALUE???

That OM was built in 1938 and I would think it should bring about a grand, but I don't deal in OM's so someone more knowledgeable here could probably help you out.

I have your OMT's brother (serial number 20XXX) in what I would say 95% to 97% (very light bluing wear at the muzzle) that I got for $650 earlier this year.
