I recently have seen a post on here about 1911s being marked way up. I just bought a 1911 45 railgun yesterday for 1217.00 out the door.

2013 MSRP on the O1070RG in stainless is $1141. The O1980RG in Ceracote is $1223. You didn't state model #, new or used so these may not apply. I have found that buying new Colts for MSRP or under takes patience. You will enjoy the RG long after the $$ is forgotten!

No pics yet. $1217 was with tax for a New black ceracoted 01980RG. That price is under MSRP. Can't wait to shoot it. My first 1911.

just put one trophy gold cup on lay-away at pawn shop in Sherman ,TX . Used in box for 920.00 tax,title & license included. i have 4 months to pay it out.

Lucky dog! I am jealous. I was in Sherman last weekend on business but didn't check out the pawn shops. It sounds like good deals can be found there.

Dependent on how used, it certainly is as TX tax is 6.25 though local tax can take it up to 8.25 . You're going to really enjoy that GCT. Is it the complete package (paperwork, plug, extra lightweight spring and lock)? Don't forget to show us pics
