I found an Army Colt in the Niobrara River many years ago. I have had Colt research the gun. It was made in 1876 ,and shipped to H& D Folsom Arms co. of New York. Can any one tell me how to find out more information?

FOR GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COLT SAA CAVALRY MODEL REVOLVERS TRY KOPEC & PENN'S BOOK "CAVALRY AND ARTILLERY MODEL REVOLVERS" IT CONTAINS SOME INTERESTING INFORMATION ABOUT THE MILITARY SAA GUNS.
