Is the Kopec Gold Seal letter forthcoming? Collectively, we on the forum learn so much from Kopec letters.

No cartouche on the left side. According to the Kopec book, this is correct for the 1903 rebuilt guns. He also mentions that the date “1903“ was not applied over the RAC cartouche until later in 1903

I do not intend to post the Kopec letter simply because I have seen too many letters and guns picked apart publicly by pretend experts.
