Another location where some engravers 'hide' their mark is under the ejector rod housing.
I do not think that it would be possible to identify this engraver just from the pattern and style that I see on the gun. I have a few guns that were engraved by 'good engravers' who did not sign their work and I have not been able to identify them. One was even signed by the engraver with his/her mark, but no one has even been able to identify who it was from the mark. I even posted pictures of the gun and marking on "Engravers Cafe" where many engravers converse, with no luck in identifying him/her.

Just on a side note, I don't think I would classify that engraving as Master level
I do not care, I like this engraved gun ...
Engrave in this way is not within the reach of everyone.
