I know the seller and over the years have purchased a few items from him. He is very honest in his descriptions and if anything understates the condition.

My FSS built also in 1923, but not shipped until 1929 has done a great job at retaining its color...Still quite vivid at 95 yrs old

SteveR, Yours is a real prize with the roll-died CFSS 44-40 barrel marking.
