That Ned Buntline would be a very cool shooter with a shoulder stock. Do you shoot it?Some of my Collection from over the years......45's..,44 specials .... View attachment 93814 View attachment 93815
No I haven't but I probably will the next time I gather enough 45 Colt ammo to make it worth my while,....the only problem with shooting it with a shoulder stock is the barrel is only 12" and I would have to register it as a short barrel rifle, but it certainly might be worth the $200.00 tax stamp, Thanks for asking,RodThat Ned Buntline would be a very cool shooter with a shoulder stock. That's completely cool. Here's my old ESK marked Colt, used by Denver Detective Eward S Kieth, along with his handcuffs and photos. Gun has rack number 2 on it, from the agency armory. Also found number 1, each gun with Keith's name hand scratched on the butt through the varnish.

I agree. Colors these days vary quite a bit. I have a 38 special that shipped in March of last year, which has a lot of purples.I really like the case colours on this SAA, less blues and more brown tones. A little more of what I'd consider "traditional" Colt colours. A matching CC hammer would look gorgeous on this one.
Best regards,
Very nice. I have one just like it. And it's a shooter.
