Combat Commander with spur hammer?

Saw an odd one today at a gun show. Ser.80 Combat Commander , stainless frame & slide but all small parts were hi-polish blue. Had a std. Gov't Model spur hammer and long-tang grip safety. Hammer was pol. blue on sides too , not 'white'. In box with all tags.

Dealer was busy so I didn't get to examine closely or any details.

Probably from the 1990s and a dealer exclusive. The 1990s seems like a time when Colt had a million and one special editions and models. For example here is a 1991 Gold Cup Commander. They also made them in SS.
