\"Commander\" marked Gov\'t Model .45 (full size slide)

Can anyone tell me about how many pistols were mis-marked with the "Commander Model" marking on a full size Gov't Model .45 pistol slide? Looks like this one was made in '69 just before the change to the Series 70 model. Thanks!

Don't know how many but did see one for sale for $1100 with a serial number listed as 328xxx-C
