Can't tell for sure what the serial number is on your Model 1911, but it looks like No.140910, and if so is not a Navy. The last Model 1911 shipped with the Navy marked slide was serial number 110000.

There was a question as to the serial number on the Model 1911 that wasn't answered. It makes a large difference in price.

What do you see to indicate the Colt Lend-Lease has been refinished? Looks fine to me, except I can't see the barrel markings well enough to tell if that is the correct barrel.
