This pistol has double roll marks. Says is a US Army 1911 and has United States Property on it. Is this of more value because of the double roll marks or not???

There may be some gun collectors that collect this type of thing. Sort of like coin collectors that like double stamped coins and whatnot.
Personally I can't stand how it looks. It would be of no interest to me. I think it looks terrible.

It's value will probably be limited more by the receiver and slide not matching. Notice that the receiver has Roman style markings (with serifs), and the slide is the block style (sans serif). An interesting oddity anyway.

I would think an advanced collector of such guns would like this slide with the double roll die feature. By 'advanced collector', I mean someone who has just about every version ever made.
The fact that the Slide and Frame are of different vintages is a real negative, so I suspect you might come out better selling the slide and keeping the frame in hopes of finding the correct period slide, later on.
