Drop in bore light, where?

817 Views 11 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  Mac
I see folks with small led lights they drop down the bore to check condition etc. I looked on EBay and all they have are .45 caliber and larger. I know I have seen some small enough to fit down a .30 cal. Anyone know where these are purchased? Thanks.

Found one on Gunbroker. Anywhere else? Cabela's, Brownells and Bass Pro no got.
I believe he is looking for these:

I bought these of the internet and from Ebay, but I can't remember the name of the company.

Looking for one like this, or similar. Trying to find one in a store that I could buy quickly instead of ordering.

Bobber light, I would have never thought of that! Looks like my local Cabelas has them in yellow. We have a Bass Pro Shop also and I will check them out. Thanks for heading me in the right direction.
Yes those are very small. Very cool. I don't believe you will find them in a box store. I did find one on GB for 9.95.

Those from Amazon (only place I found white color) are a package of 10. It will take years for me to use up that many lights......do the batteries last long time periods or will I have dead batteries in a year or two? Thanks.
I purchased mine from a local vintage gun shop and it still works (sorta) after more than seven years. Paid about $15 and it lasted several years before it was too weak to use on long barrels. I haven't used it a lot but it is still bright enough for hand guns. Mine is orange and I would like to get more.
