I have been admiring a Colt SAA that is said to be engraved by Bernard(Bernie)Wolfe, of El Paso Texas. Can anyone here tell me more about the man? What is thought of the quality of his work?

Phil spangenberger and rick Hacker always showed off his beautiful work on their guns in G&A magazine. I still have those and this guy looks really great, but I never saw one in person.
