Extra Large Thumbnails on Gunbroker Search?

So I noticed some thumbnail pictures are a larger size now on a Gunbroker search. I don't have to hover over it or click on it there are now 2 different sizes displayed. Anyone know how to get this feature on an ad? I don't see an option for it when posting an ad?
