I sent a Python I just acquired to CMCI to repair faulty timing. I sent it Monday next day Fedex and received the written estimate on Friday. They received Tuesday and sent the esimate Wednesday. WOW! I did not expect such immediate service. My S&Ws take on average 10days to two weeks for the written estimate to arrive. I am impressed.

No other work, that is all I wanted done. It is the 1964 Python I purchased on an auction. The timing was the only problem.

I wrote to Colt about problems with my Magnum Carry. They responded in less than a week and told me to ship it FedEx. I did & the day it arrived there, I called to verify receipt. They acknowleged receipt & said an estmate would take few days. The next day Colt called with an estimate of cost and a time element of thirty-five days.. I authorized repair and thirty-five days later it arrived and it shoots better than when I bought it NIB.

The service was great & part of the repair was under warranty, despite the fact that I bought it in 1998,

Python came back Friday, 7/18/03. Timing is now right on. I think I am going to carry it a while even hough it is a 1964.
