It's been on layaway for a while, but I finally got it.

Diamondback38...the serial number is S8607x. Can you (or anyone) verify the year of manufacture?

I usually prefer the older 60's and 70's production, and I know this is more recent, but this is truly beatiful and in 100% mint condition!

This is my first Diamondback. I have seven Pythons, and even though I will always be a true Python fan, I have to say that this revolver just "feels" really good. Perfect weight and balance. Probably because it is lighter overall with the cylinder and frame being a bit smaller, so it just fits me better.

I can't decide whether to shoot it or put it in the collector corner.

Yours almost made it to the 70's...........1981.

manderson, be very careful now, I warn you, these can become very addictive, now you've been warned and you're on your own now.

Nice catch and enjoy!

There's a NIB 22 Diamondback 4" at Steve's Pawn in Lewiston, Idaho. Asking $800.00
208-746-6148.
I have no connection to the weapon I saw it under the glass and fondled it and gave it back for lack of funds. It is in its original box and brand new.
