On 11/20 I posted a request for help in the revolver section on identifying 4 sets of original Colt factory wood grips unearthed in an attic purge at my sister's.

3 have been accounted for as Diamondback grips and one set is on my gun and the other 2 are spoken for as sold.

The last set is a little larger and has the frame stud mounting hole drilled in the front section of the grips instead of the back like the Diamondback.

They are the prettiest wood of the bunch and are are in new condition as they have been wrapped in storage forever and never been on a gun.

I know it's a long shot but if anyone is interested in helping me identify them and wants to give them a home I would sell them for a fair offer. Please e-mail me if you are interested.

Tom
