Looking at their other auctions, this restriction also exists. The listor is a Police Supply. Likely these guns are police trade ins of duty or confiscated firearms. A lot of agencies require that any weapons traded in, NOT be resold within their state as part of the terms of sale. I suspect this is the case in this instance."Per our agreement with the seller, this gun will not be sold to a resident of Louisiana and/or shipped to Louisiana". What's up with that?
Some of these dealers have there head you know where. I stopped at this gun shop the last time that I was in Montgomery and it's a really small gun shop, no real collectibles and a lot of black guns.I e mailed them and asked if they would accept C&R license for this gun because it is C&R eligible. They wrote back saying yes it is C&R eligible but since they didn't list it as C&R in the auction, they would not ship to a C&R holder. How's that for logic?
