Classified section here? WTB...
Got a 1962 Python, former police gun......
Had Herretts grips with the officer name carved into bottom. Gun is about 80%. I would like to find some period correct grips with some wear to match the pistol. All I seem to find on ebay, here and other places is nice grips or fake grips......any ideas??

The multiple front approach is the best, Gunshows, Colt forum classified section and ebay, For ebay you will have to do daily searches, I put a set of Python grips for a one week auction and a $250 buy it now last week, they lasted about 45 minutes. The overprices stuff you will see over and over again but the deals don't last long; good luck!
can't help with the grips but would like to see some pics of the gun and grips. thanks
