Got word from the eagle-eye admin's that someone was trying to access my account here on the Colt Forum this afternoon.
My biggest concern, for Christ's sake, is why?
It's not like I keep all of my sensitive financial records and information here, or air my dirty laundry or nothing.
I think maybe someone was trying to post another totally out of line drunken load of crap that might get me thrown off the forum.
Now, who would do such a thing? Am I disliked by some that would want to discredit me worse than I already am? I know that I post stuff that is repetitive and tiresome and mostly off-topic, plus a lot of stupid stories and such, but you can all take a census and boot me off and I would understand. Just keep it above board.
Well, I can take it, so just keep on trying, my friend...I'll even give you a hint: sheep.

denghis, I have to agree with you; yes you do post a lot of tiresome stuff and more than you share of stupid stories and such. But PLEASE don't stop doing it! When discussions begin to get a little heavy or opinions differ, a bit of laughter is a great tonic. You, Sir, are a breath of fresh air on occasions like that.

By the way, I've had a communication from my contact at Uberti who informs me that the janitor, said to be a descendant of the guy who drew up Sam's European patent (based on a design that this guy had already perfected), is about to sue Colt for what he claims are unpaid royalties over the last 175 years or so.

My compliments to the admin folks on this site to pick up on the hack attempt! I might suggest that if 'someone' is interested enough to try to log on here, they may very well be sick enough to perhaps try some of your other accounts. Might want to take a look at financial stuff and make sure you don't have any 'easy' passwords. And don't give them clues!! Ha Ha

My brother in law works for the NSA and he hooked me into Denghis' computer camera, so I now have a live cam of him in my favorites. He just told his boss that Denghis was in the Tea Party and got the OK.

This is a reminder to check your passwords and think about changing them to something other than your child's birthday or your car's license plate . Combine letters and numbers not relating to your family or anything else personal . Many of us use the same password on several forums . Make it difficult .
