I had the chance to work the action of my friends King Cobra. The SA let off was as good as my Python, but the DA trigger pull felt as if it was over 15#. I wish I had a trigger scale to check it. What does it take to reduce the trigger pull on it? Other than the hard DA trigger pull the gun is real nice.

The King Cobra shouldn't have a trigger pull of 15 pounds.

The factory MAX is 14 pounds, and most are less than that.

You can get a lighter pull by replacing the trigger return spring and the mainspring with reduced power springs.

Brownell's sell at least one kit with reduced springs for the King Cobra.
