I have an old Colt .38 police poasitive that has had sleeves put in it to shoot .22 cal ammo this was done back in the 50's I think. now some of the sleeves are gone it is now an unfirable gun. Is it worth anything?
Hello and welcome to the Colt Forum. If it were sleeved properly it should be safe to shoot .38's once the sleeves are removed. But for maximum attention to your query you may wish to post this on the Revolver Forum. Photos would help immeasurably!
