A big Merry Christmas and greetings from SW Florida!

I'm glad to have found this forum, as I do like Colt 1911's; they're the only production 1911 that I'll still buy.

Take care,

Rick

Welcome to the Forum, Rick, from a fellow "Cracker." I have that weakness for the 1911 types myself. In fact, I can't recall ever owning any semi-auto other than a Colt. Silly or smart? Take your pick. Anyways, how 'bout some pix? Enjoy the ride!

Wasn't sure how many pics this site would support in one post, so here's some of my "other" 1911's:

I don't generally care for Kimbers; but I have done a good bit of work in getting this one sorted out, although the best parts are the internals, which you can't see:

And my most carried "go to" 1911:

And this is my wife's only 1911 out of her four handguns:

Take care, and I hope you like the pics (even though they are cell phone pics),

Rick

Nice collection of various 1911-types, Rick. You have quite the variety there, makes and models wise. Your cel phone did a really nice job bringing them to life for us. And I really like Wifey's Sapphire. Mine is into the nice looking "girl guns," too She really likes her S&W Lady Smith. Thanx for sharing!
