Since a grip screw is pretty much a grip screw, standard slotted screws are indistinguishable between Colt and after market makers.
Colt never marked their screws and no one else does either.

Other then some cheaper makers not having quite the polished finish of genuine Colt, it's virtually impossible to tell original Colt screws from those made by top makers.
Unless you could buy screws direct from Colt, (you can't) there's no way to identify whether a screw is Colt or another maker.
Buying "genuine Colt" screws on auction sites, eBay and most parts houses will get you after market screws and there will be no way you can ever tell whether they're Colt or not.
Brownell's do sell genuine Colt grip screws but these are dull blue, not the bright polish blue.

Nickel screws are generally no longer available because they've been replaced by polished stainless steel.

Original Colt 1911 stock screws had the wider slots.
For nickel screws I'd buy ss and polish, blued ones its hard to find nicely finished ones.
