Forward frame marked C 125. Any ideas on why/where/who... ? Does anyone have one similarly marked? Would be nice to know - since I usually dead end at a wholesaler, hardware... Did any police dept (Chicago), security company... ever use this marking?

Ted, I don’t have a repair record for this gun and given the “K” mark, the sight safety conversion post-dates my records. I have no idea of the significance of the C125 mark on the frame of your gun.

Ted, nice early 1900 with the spur hammer and rear serrations. The C125 is interesting. I hope one of the other 124 turn up. Hey, perhaps it's a really early commercial model!;)
