There is a post on GB listing a very rare Officers Model Match .22 magnum. The price is remarkably higher than the .22lr or the .38. What is the going price of one LNIB?

I've seen this and I don't buy this guy's description of "mint" or "99%" or whatever he called it. Look at it real close. No, I do not believe it is worth what he is asking.

Some others here can give you a book value. A real NIB would be pricey; $1000 to $1500 (or even more), but I also think they are still sleepers. Only 850 were made.

There's another thread about these from just a few weeks ago.

I know "Parker" from the GB site. He is a straight arrow, and his descriptions are usually very accurate. He is a knowledgeable dealer, and I recently bought a S&W pre 27 from him that I think was "undergraded". I had no idea there were so few made.

That's cool. I don't know the seller at all. The pics just didn't look all that great to me. I still think the price is high.

Nice to see someone else from MD on the board. Welcome!
