Hi guys,
I'm new here on the Colt Forum. I've been shooting and collecting S&W's for a long number of years. I decided its time to expand my horizons. I do own 2 older Colt revolvers both in 38 Special. I hope to learn from the shared knowledge on this forum. I've been lurking for a few days and I believe there is a lot to learn here.

And a warm welcome to you, Sir for joining the club of Colt-lovers, shooters and collectors.

This Forum is a treasurechest of Colt-info, I for one am still gaining a lot of knowledge of the fine firearms Colt has and is or will be producing again in the near future.
You wrote of 2 older Colts. What type are they?

Hi 22rimfire,
Not sure what you mean but thanks for the welcome. I'm a full time, pro bird dog trainer. Knob Mt. is a local mountain here in central Pa where I hunted grouse when I was a kid back in the early 60's. Knobmtn has been my kennel name as well as my internet ID for a long while. Hope that helps.

22-rimfire,
I'm just off I 80 about 40 miles west and a bit south of Wilkes Barre in the other end of Pa from your home.
